Comcast

Why does Comcast think that it's OK to kill cable services and internet services to customers for "scheduled maintenance" all night just because it's at night, without any warning whatsoever?

Do they honestly believe that people aren't using the network at that time of night, or that the ones that do aren't in sufficient quantity to pose a problem if we want prorated refunds?

Bastards...
